Whether you are holding a business or personal event in a public place yourself, or participating in some type of trade show or sale, you are going to need the right kind of signage. It could be used to let people know where you are or to keep people from entering the area when the affair is private. Indoor or Outdoor?
If the event is going to be outside, you may want to have larger signs that can be put on a pole or stand so people can easily see them from afar. Indoor signs may need to be smaller, or they may need to be kept at floor level.
Will Others Businesses Be Present?
At trade shows and large sales events other businesses will be present. Some of them may be the same type of business as yours. You will need to find a way to attract the public to your area. Be sure to ask the event coordinator or person in charge of the venue if there are any restrictions on signage. If there will be different entrance points to the affair ask if you can have a small sign at each one to let people know to look for your booth.
